Join Blue Awning Yoga & Wellness at The Pittsburgh Adaptive Recreation Expo on April 27 from noon until 4:00 pm for mini yoga sessions every half hour. Blue Awning Yoga embraces all levels of yoga practice and abilities with extra care and instruction for those with sight and physical restrictions.
The Pittsburgh Adaptive Recreation Expo will provide an engaging opportunity for people with disabilities, families, friends, healthcare professionals, and local advocacy groups to join together, engage in the community, spark new partnerships, and inspire the future of adaptive resources and recreation in Pittsburgh.
